To point the / a finger at somebody
To accuse somebody of being responsible for something wrong or bad.

To give somebody the finger
To express extreme dislike or anger towards somebody in an offensive way by holding up your middle finger to them with your palm facing you.

Two fingers or V-sign (UK)
Expressing exactly the same as ‘giving somebody the finger’, this offensive British gesture is made by raising your first and middle finger in the shape of a “V” with your palm facing towards you. When the palm of your hand is facing away from you, this same V sign means ‘victory’ or ‘peace’.
